WASTEWISE project kick-off meeting

Interesting discussions took place in day of the WASTEWISE kick-off meeting in the presentation of the work envisaged in each work package of the project. All partners were actively involved in the discussion, trying to clarify all the concepts and approaches to be followed in the different tasks.

Starting from the reliability or accuracy of the food waste data provided by Eurostat and other agencies, to the approaches to be built for the assessment of the environmental and socio-economic impacts of food waste, and even to the language to be used when contacting stakeholders, among much others.
