WASTEWISE at the Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec 2026

On 4 March, Cristian Popescu from National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest attended the GREEN ENERGY EXPO & ROMENVIROTEC 2026 at the invitation of Genesis Biopartner Romania. This key event focuses on sustainable innovation and environmental solutions.

Genesis Biopartner Romania, a member of the WASTEWISE multi-actor platform (MAP) Romania, hosted discussions at its exhibition stand, where participants engaged in productive exchanges regarding the WASTEWISE project and other potential initiatives.

During the event, Genesis Biopartner showcased a variety of practical solutions and activities, including the recovery of biodegradable organic waste, biogas technologies, and circular economy applications. The stand also served as a hub for targeted discussions with stakeholders from industry, the HoReCa sector, retail, and public authorities.
